Sprint#1 Done.

  • 16 bugs for Sprint#1 are committed, 13 are resolved, representing a completion rate 81.25%

with some extra bug fixes: Bug 1331431, Bug 1332258

  • Overall it's very good as the very first sprint for the team given the high completion rate.

Backlog grooming (incl. prioritization) is still tricky and time-consuming. Hopefully it will get better in a couple of weeks.

  • 100% of Release 53 commitment completed.
  • 14 MVP bugs are planned; 6 P1 bugs, 4 P2 bugs, 4 P4/ P5 Bugs, 100% completion rate on Jan19th Targeting Firefox53.
  • QA has checked 100% of all bugs, bringing 14 more bugs for further clarification and follow-up.
  • In total, we have 27 bugs for tracking, 20 out of these 28 bugs are resolved, representing a 71% completion rate.
  • Softvision Pre-Aurora Sign off-report was issued on Jan23, 2016 recommending overall feature status after testing: GREEN, ride the train of Firefox53.
