Exec Summary/Hot Topics
- V1.0 has been submitted to Apple for review
- Naming/numbering of releases have changed. October bug fix release will be 1.0.X. November Release will now be V1.1, NOT V2.0.
- Must-have Features for V1.1 have been decided on, and DRI's assigned for each.
- Development time-line is relatively short, as submission wil need to happen in mid-October to meet campaign dates. Scope will be monitored closely to ensure no creep.
- Currently RED due to Swift 2.0 Migration blocking majority of V1.1 development. All-hands are on this until resolved. Day-for-day loss of available development time.
Risks & Issues

Resourcing constraints | OPEN - Monitor | Jenn/Eng Mgt | The team is smaller by 1.5 full-time, plus 1 intern, compared to V1.0 resourcing over the past few months. Scope and resource allocation must be monitored closely. | Ongoing |
Timeline constraints | OPEN - Monitor | Jenn/Eng Mgt | Submission target is mid-October to meet campaign target dates, leaving less than 7 weeks of development time, to deliver must-have features. No scope creep can be permitted, and progress to be monitored closely. | Ongoing |
