Top Priority: Continue to get packaged apps working so we can start prototyping APK flavors.
Get Kitchen Sink App installed and running. This is currently blocked by 2 bugs

- bug 870920 - Cannot install packaged apps on 1.1 and trunk
- bug 873600 - Update pre-existing packages ids.json to match device naming

Parallel work item while the above blockers are being fixed: jhugman is going to get mochitests enabled, which we expect fail but we need to at least get them turned on at this point: bug 873567 - Enable the installPackage mochitests from bug 821589 on FxAndroid
The Backlog of packaged apps we need to converge on includes
