Summary: What does "Grow Mozilla" mean for you? We think "Grow Mozilla" means increasing awareness of the community’s activity to potential community member, prepare for their field to contribute, support them to join community, motivate them, keep an eye on them for sometime… and have fun together! In this session, we’d like to share with you for some practices done in Japan, and why we did them, and where we're going to as next step. Also we’d like to have a discussion with you how we can leverage our best practice each other between countries, and possibly we can work together to make a plan & execute for "Grow Mozilla".
