Summary: Mozilla is a unique community, where people with the best skills works together regardless of where they are on the planet. Being able to work together remotely is tricky. The following tips and tricks should help make it easier to work in a geo-distributed community like Mozilla, and hence make it easier for more people to contribute to Mozilla projects.

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals: Grow Mozilla's global volunteer+employee community.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Increase number of geo-distributed contributors, and help them all work together more efficiently.

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Be physically remote, or working with someone who is remote.
