What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

There are two:

1. To learn to be a better reps mentor.
2. To learn more about localization.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

Learn all the reps mentor tools better.

What I will achieve by September 23rd

Implement what I learned about mentoring in my mentoring work.

What I will achieve by October 7th

Implement what I learned about localization in my localization work.
