What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

• Shape the future of Thunderbird and Lightning
• Find out more about Firefox OS and its calendaring capabilities

What I want to achieve by Sunday (September 9th)

• Make people more aware of Thunderbird/Lightning's situation and how we need help
• Encourage at least one UI designer or python maniac to help out with the Calendar Project
• Promote my ical.js library (Unfortunately my session wasn't accepted)
• At least briefly hold a Firefox Phone in my hands

What I will achieve by September 23rd

• Make sure the UI designer/python maniac sticks with us, follow up with any questions

What I will achieve by October 7th

• Have the ical.js site filled with enough content that web developers from everywhere will want to use it.
• Find new ways how Lightning can profit from the developments in the mobile area.
