At Mozilla, we need a certain, special kind of "HR". We are an organism more than an organization. We are bumpy, and rough, and strong, and unique. We're powerful, and generous, and open, and brave. We respect iteration, failure, choice, and inclusion and care little for convention, rigidity, or compliance. We are wicked smart and imperfect. And we are all of these words and many more.

Coaching

You are powerful. You are strong. You are brilliant. We know that you don't need any fixing and are already whole just the way you are. Coaching is a tool we use to help you look inward to see your full potential, help you be accountable to yourself, and create productive outcomes that serve your journey. We lead our coaching sessions with powerful questions to help you realize that you already have the answers. A coach will be your guide, cheerleader, and partner to support you in your path to success!

We Are All Recruiters

Recruiting is a mindset, not a job. Recruiting is a responsibility, not extra-curricular. Recruiting is foundational to the success of any group, organization, movement or project. Because of this, we all should be recruiters. We all can be. There are key things that every person can keep in mind to think like, and thus act like a recruiter. We can share those with you. This will help you with everything you do, whether professional or personal.
