• Performance
  • Meeting during b-tech meeting
  • s1 local stabilized to ~ 40 ms standard deviation. Need waverly to follow suit for s1 local.

• Crash
  • Need Java signatures
  • Socorro to make push to separate native/xul next week

• Outreach
  • Newsletter for this week will be done and need editing some time after 1:30 today

Sync

Client (Tracy)

• off schedule train on the tracks today
  • Mainly to get add-ons sync into m-c
• Native Android Sync coming in the next few days.
  • Test plan to come. But this is sync in a very raw form.

Server (James)

• Sync Server is still quiet because of all the focus on BrowserID by OPs
• But, Sync Server Dev has a significant backlog of deployments, some ready to go, that will hit late Q4 and certainly all through Q1, 2012.

Test pilot (tracy)

• future: TP extension to become restartless
• study for Click to call provider is on hold for legal discussion
• study for timing response to update request pending telemetry's urgency. (personally feel it should wait for Fx10 release)

BrowserID (james)

• Weekly trains to Dev, Beta/Stage, and Prod are ongoing
• OPs build-out of new Dev, Stage, and new Prod are complete
• Work continues on clean-up, load test, security, etc.

• Some significant additions to BrowserID are planned for the rest of Q4 and through Q1, 2012

Pancake (Naoki)

• Selenium 2 working on multiple platform with py.test
• Need to convert current pancake/browser id test to use page objects

• Pancake to be release in 6 weeks according to email
• Pancake announcement in 2 weeks?

• Testing blocked due to blocking bugs listed

Native Fennec UI (John)

• Layout Transform API (Bug #699351) - got explanation for this from ROC, will need to do XUL to test this
• Indexed DB (still don't know who's doing this for native fennec, nor what features it supports - asked Erin), mostly builds off of IndexedDB for desktop
• Test plan in the works, nearly to goal

B2G (John)

• Will build/flash/demo/blog during next week
• There is B2G work week sometime in Q1. I'd like to start attending these at some point, as I'm feeling a bit out of the loop.

WebAPI (John)

• EXIF (have manual test) - will appeal to the blogosphere for how to implement exif.js to camera testpage
• IndexedDB - just created testpage for manual upgrade tests, plan to add to mochitests next Q

• Should we push to get Syncorro developed? Take off services devs hands and get A-team involved.
