Hi,

We're happy to hear of your interest in Mozilla QA. In addition to Firefox, we are responsible for Mobile Firefox, Thunderbird, Mozilla services, Mozilla websites, and new (experimental) browser technologies. We need help with writing and running tests, investigating bugs, coding automated tests, creating documentation, and much more.

By far, the simplest way to get involved is to come to the <testday> this <day> between

Feel free to explore our many teams, ask questions in the forums, and discover the many ways you can help by going to http://quality.mozilla.org

When you are ready to begin, join us on IRC (irc.mozilla.org#qa) or by going to http://chat.mibbit.com/?server=irc.mozilla.org&channel=#qa. You'll find we are most active between 9am and 5pm PDT on Monday through Friday.

Depending your area or areas of interest I can help you explore ways to help. You can help us write test plans and test cases, create documentation to help other testers; help us test during one of our testdays; help us confirm new bugs, verify fixed bugs, find regression ranges, or investigate crashes; help us code automated tests.
