Add-on Reviews

Viewing add-on Reviews

Total number of reviews/ Rating of an add-on is listed on the following pages:

  • recommended page
  • category landing page
  • add-on detail page
  • search results
  • collection detail page
  • sort results
  • browse category pages

All the reviews for an add-on are listed at /reviews/display/[addonID]. Average Rating for each add-on is calculated using Bayesian rating.Users need not be logged in to view add-on reviews.

In the add-on detail page, the three most recent reviews are listed under the "Reviews" section. Each review includes the content of the review, the rating associated with that review, the reviewer's name(which links to the reviewer's user profile page) and the date on which the review was written.
The "Reviews" section also lists a link to view all the reviews associated with that add-on.

In the display reviews page, all the reviews are listed in the descending order of submitted date(newest on top).

Besides each review, there is a provision for logged-in users to flag that review.

If a reviewer has submitted multiple reviews for the same add-on,then the newest review will have a link to the previous reviews.
