How do we want to list this? By project or type of goal?

Goals:

  1. Overview of the tools and how we'd done testing
  2. Shared goal of unit test w/WebDev -- new-function testing
    1. Split up who's going to test what (coordination)
    2. Target a small area vs. a number of testcases across the board
  3. BFTs for AMO, SUMO, SFx
    1. Smoketests for AMO, SUMO, SFx
  4. Metrics collection for the major projects
  5. FFT - linked to in the test-coverage spreadsheet
    1. Step 1
      1. Planning on coverage (survey of the areas)
    2. Step 2
      1. Create for a certain # of those areas, per project
  6. Basic backend testing - SQL queries -- automated Selenium
    1. Maybe better left as an individual goal?
  7. Create a document outlining guidelines for acceptance of new projects
    1. Evangelize the document
  8. For new/rushed projects, send out status updates to the team of open/closed bugs, etc.

Selenium presentations: 3 sessions

  1. General overview / lightning round (10 minutes per project)
  2. Selenium in PHP
  3. Selenium in the IDE
