Our regular team meeting occurs every Thursday @ 9am Pacific

Lead / Scribe

  • Lead: Stephen
  • Scribe: Madalin
    • Scribe is responsible for:
      • adding the action items and takeaways to the current meeting's minutes
      • creating the agenda for the next meeting and carrying the action items and takeaways over to it
      • sending out a notice of the availability of that agenda along with the meeting invite
      • completing all of the above by the end of the week during which the meeting occurred

Last week's action items

  • [ON TRACK] [Stephen] Schedule meetup in September with [Dave] presenting our new py.test plugins
    • I've filed WPR0031377 + Air Mozilla
      • Next step is to coordinate food/drinks - Ameet will post the Meetup.com entry soon
  • [DONE] [Stephen] Determine capacity of internal WebPageTest with a view to sharing with webdev
    • Changed this per last week's meeting to "send email to Webdev with instructions on how they can be added to the VPN group to use it"
  • [CARRY OVER] [Stephen] Propose renaming "Testdays and sessions" section from our meeting template to include Meetups/Events - thoughts?
    • Going to wait until Bob and Rebecca are back
  • [NEW] [Stephen] Add this - https://webqa-ci.mozilla.com/job/marketplace.stage.saucelabs/413/console took quite a bit longer to finish and report back on the Jenkins side than Sauce Labs (Film at 11!) - to the buildmaster etherpad
  • [NEW] [Dave] Check the Marketplace job in Jenkins to see how is scheduled to start/stop/fail (look through console logs)
  • [NEW] [Rebecca] Add options for site monitoring as part of QA role (reference: continuous delivery, taking on role that was done by Ops) to the etherpad
  • [DONE] [Rebecca] Create a wiki page or a template (to import in our weekly page) containing all the big/upcoming infra moves/migrations
