Problems to Solve
- There is no way to differentiate levels of community involvement in order to aid community growth and retention
- Team information is very decentralized, difficult to find and doesn't have a lot of focus on QMO.
Solutions
- Rewards for community participiation around QA tasks such as public badges which are shown on profile
- Team specific categories for each team page and a wiki structure for QMO's docs page that makes posting much easier and simpler.
