Recognition former council members
In Whistler the council was approached with the idea of recognizing the amazing effort of past council members, council will continue with the draft and share with Reps. This is only the first part of a discussion about recognition and expansion to all Reps.
L10N
Jeff Beatty from l10n have a meeting with the council in Whistler where we discussed about how we can work together and share more information about how many l10n events. We will find the numbers of past events regarding l10n, so he can coordinate better.
Mentor Selection 2.0
Final draft will be shared with mentors for feedback. We are in the last part of the process: final review and cleanup. After that we can share it with all the Reps and get broader feedback.
Meetings with Francisco
Francisco from participation team suggest to have a biweekly meeting with the council to talk about upcoming events and collaborate more closely together with him. We agreed that this poses a great opportunity.
Mentor Accountability
The draft received a lot of feedback from mentors, Nuke is going to work in order to finish it.
Whistler
Christos is going to start a report/post about whistler. The rest of the council will chime in and help out so this report can be helpful for all Reps.
ROTM
May and June posts are missing Michael, Ioana and Christos are going to work it. (Since the last meeting we published the Rep of the Month for May)
