* An-Me and Chris Lawrence are working on landing the IMLS and YMCA accounts
** This involves 'forking' the ED and Program Manager conversations.
** CHALLENGE: Reconciling the need for rapid iteration and co-creation (Webmaker culture) with the need to have the complete path mapped before we start (partners' cultures). Idea is currently to have An-Me continue to win the ED conversations while Claw in there works with the Program Manager. Overall goals remain to capture the potential of these partnerships earlier in the process and in their entirety.

* Andrea has written and is circulating the creative brief on the EOY campaign.
* Will be largely the same as last year, with an increased focus on privacy.

* Is mostly secured. We have hit the number.

* Is still anemic. Big focus for Sept is to have the 2015 pipeline made richer.

* Continue to support builds related to MozFest, Maker Party, Advocacy, and the end of year campaign.

* Hired a consultant who is leading the design and build of a Salesforce tool for partners. Will include funding partners and Webmaker nodes.
* The launch is expected by end of Aug. Porting of data to take place in Sept.

* Continue to work with MoCo engagement to get MoFo e-mails off of BSD and onto Exact Target, which is owned by Salesforce.
* Andrea and Kelli are working on it.

* Having an engagement team work week on Sept 22. Have invited MoCo people to attend.

** Fall Webmaker campaign
** EOY campaign
** 2015 grants pipeline

* Once Salesforce is in place, will hire a consultant to build the handshake between our account systems and our revenue systems.
* This tool will be central to how we know whether or not our fundraising efforts are on track.

* Hired Paul, Marketing Lead. Starts on the 18th.
* Will be hiring a Comms Manager to work for Paul in Oct/November
* Have a comms intern offer out to help run social media. If he doesn't accept, will start recruiting again.

* Traded Major Donor salary for 2014 in order to keep Mavis and Sabrina on StudioMoFo
* Need to reconcile / plan for Board involvement before this can start.

* We continue to push for a 'One Mozilla' approach to setting the Mozilla narrative.
* We are switching our focus to hiring a manager/implementer, rather than strategic voice.
 
==== MoFo Comms Manager ====
* Once in place, they will be available to help with (i) funnel copy, (ii) press copy, and (iii) grant writing.
 
==== Net Neutrality ====
* Net Neutrality will be both a theme in the EOY, Webmaker, and other campaigns, as well as the subject of e-mails on its own.
* We are supporting Dave Steer and Chris Riley in their campaign design efforts.
* Expect to see a lot of noise in November and December.
