We have selected the set of individuals for the first pilot which will be held in the Mozilla Paris space during the last week of February. During the Team week we will discuss and strategize how we can potentially bring future pilots to regional communities. In the meantime, even if you do not have a Flame device you can participate by installing the [https://github.com/mozilla/buddyup app] using the [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Firefox_OS_Simulator FX OS Simulator].
