* changing how l10n nightly builds are created {{bug|456386}}
** will produce l10n nightlies the new *and* the old way for a few days

** one step closer to doing l10n nightly updates.
** allows us to cleanup some of our l10n build systems, making l10n nightlies same way as l10n releases
* switched over unittest machines on mozilla-central.
