====L10n kitresources====
We used to translate using PO files and the [http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/start Translate Toolkit]. Kevin maintained our translation memory as a PO compendium; with snapshots available [http://sourceforge.net/projects/gaeilge/files/diolaim/ here].
Now we localize via Pootle (PO-based Online Translation / Localization Engine) which is an online translation management tool with translation interface.
