Updated timeline to remove specific dates and add note that Mozilla release content and schedules being subject to change.
* December 1st, 2017: Symantec to implement "Managed CA" proposal
* April 17th, January 2018(Firefox 58): Dis-trust of all Notices in the Developer Console will warn about Symantec certificates issued before 2016-06-01 (in practice, to be implemented in encourage site owners to migrate their TLS certs.* May 2018 (Firefox 60 on May 1st): Websites will show an untrusted connection error if they have a TLS cert issued before 2016-06-01 that chains up to a Symantec root.* October 23rd, 2018(Firefox 63): Final dis-trust Removal/distrust of Symantec roots (in practice, to be implemented either in Firefox 63 on October 16th or Firefox 64 on November 27th)with caveats described below.
