Want to see this in anction for yourself?
1. On a new profile, navigate to about:config
2. Set `doh-rollout.enabled` to true
3. Close about:config
4. Load/reload any website
You'll need to do this in an environment that doesn't trip our heurisitics, i.e. no Canary and no enterprise config.
