Updated the Android related steps in the nightly checklist

#* Please Note: This is performed on Merge Day of the release going to beta, if it is incorrect talk to the RelMan on duty for Beta cycle.
# Verify that the firefox-android version was updated.
#* Chheck [https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/tip/mobile/android/version.txt version.txt] should be xxx.0a1, where xxx matches the nightly version of desktop.
#* If the version was not updated, then sync with release engineering.
# Make the release notes public in [https://nucleus.mozilla.org/ Nucleus]
# Verify the application services version was updated
#* The version in [https://github.com/mozilla/application-services/blob/main/version.txt version.txt] should be xxx.0a1, where xxx matches the nightly version of desktop.
