Thunderbird 3.1
blocking-thunderbird3.1 (final release)
A tri-state flag (?, +, and -) that shows whether a bug blocks the Thunderbird 3 release or not.

Currently all values may only be set by the thunderbird-drivers group. This will change once we have a roadmap in place for Thunderbird 3.1.

Thunderbird 3.0
blocking-thunderbird3 (final release)
A tri-state flag (?, +, and -) that shows whether a bug blocks the Thunderbird 3 release or not.

Values other than nomination (?) may only be set by the thunderbird-drivers group.

blocking-thunderbird3.0 (stability releases)
Currently has several values that show whether a bug blocks a specific Thunderbird 3.0 maintenance ("dot") release and, if so, which release it is.

* ? - This bug has been nominated to block a maintenance release of Thunderbird 3.0.
* - (minus) - Drivers have determined this bug will not block a maintenance release of Thunderbird 3.0.
* needed - This bug will block a maintenance release of Thunderbird 3.0, but it is unclear which release it will block.
* .1+ - This bug blocks the Thunderbird 3.0.1 maintenance release.

Values other than nomination (?) may only be set by the thunderbird-drivers group.

(Each release, we'll add a new option to block the next maintenance release.)

status-thunderbird3.0
A multi-state flag that has values that show the specific status on the Thunderbird 3 branch.

* ? - This bug needs to be triaged on the Thunderbird 3.0 branch to determine if it is affected or wanted on that branch.
* unaffected - The 1Thunderbird 3.0 branch is not affected by this bug.
* wontfix - There is no intention to fix this on the Thunderbird 3.0 branch.
* wanted - This bug was is considered "wanted" on on the Thunderbird 3.0 branch and may or may not block (see the blocking-thunderbird3.0 flag).
* .1-fixed - This bug was fixed on the Thunderbird 3.0 branch in advance for the Thunderbird 3.0.1 maintenance release.
* final-fixed - This bug was fixed on the Thunderbird 3.0 branch in advance of the final Thunderbird 3.0 release.

Values may be set by any user with "canconfirm" privileges, with the exception of the "wanted" value, which may only be set by the thunderbird-drivers group.
