===Budget=== With regards to individual Firefox Clubs, budget (as well as gear requests) will be requested through the '''Quarterly Club Report Card'''. These plans will be submitted by Firefox Club Leads to the Student Working Group during the following time periods:*First week in January *First week of April (must include funding requests for end of year party)*First week of July*First week of October The budget on the Quarterly Club Report Card must break down into cost by event/activity. Depending on the type of event, here is a list of the costs that are appropriate to submit for a budget/gear requests to be made: Items that will be sponsored*Printing*Food/drinks (amounting to <$5 person)*Admission price to participate in school fairs and on-campus technology events*Gear that has been approved based on the type of event and proposed attendance Items that will NOT be sponsored*Local gear production*Travel + Lodging costs Here are the request guidelines by which people should reflect on before asking for budget/gear: *For template events, Mozilla will not be sponsoring more than $50 USD per event, including budget and gear (Campaign and Wave Events will be granted budget on an ad-hoc basis)*The total that each club can ask for during a quarter period is $300 (or hosting 5 events + $50/gear). You are more than welcome to host more than 5 events, but we cannot fund any clubs in excess of $300 per three month period*A club may not request additional gear and budget if their monthly and event reports from the previous quarter have not been completed*Clubs can only request gear that aligns with the gear guidelines set forth in the Gear section (please see description below)*To simplify distribution, all gear and budget requests which have been fulfilled will be sent directly to the Firefox Club Lead ===Gear=== Gear can only be requested with the '''Quarterly Club Reports''' (to be filled once every 3 months, as seen in the budget section) to be submitted to the Student Working Group by the Firefox Club Lead. '''Gear requests will not be accepted outside of the Quarterly Club Report Cards.''' Please note that your gear is included in the $300 total your Club can receive on a quarterly basis. Gear available to be requested:*Stickers (.19)*Lanyards ($1.50)*Badges ($1.00)*Tattoos ($3.50 – 50 per package) Gear that may be rewarded:*Very Splendid Package (t-shirt, hat, mug, bag) ($30.10)*T-shirts ($9.65) Gear Not Available (at this time):*Banners*Booth Cloth Local Production:At this time, the Student Reps program cannot fund the local production of gear; however, we are open to exploring this option in 2013. ===Quarterly Club Report Template===
