This requests to measure the bandwidth of internet-link from a web browser to a website via direction or via a proxy. We are necessary to specify the best bandwidth to decrease maximal time waiting web server responding our request (because i am in Vietnam and the internet-link in Vietnam is very low. This is very very necessary to countries like Vietnam to encourage the users using Firefox in these contries). A list of proxys is given by user.
