Q3 goals: 


Notes for q3 goals:
Create a contribution pipeline for 30 incoming bugmasters and track them through each stage of involvement in order to get 1 to the state where they regularly do triage.


* Education
* Code and Release an addon for triage to give out task list and track participation
** [[One Bugzilla Per Child]]: create training missions for new bugzilla users.
* integrate with the SUMO folks and help them progress along the spectrum of involvement
** OBPC: create training missions for beginning bugmasters (working with openhatch, trainingmontage)
* give out untriaged bug list in each response to inquiry emails and ask for comments on the bugs.  
** identify and document process for triage for front end/web dev bugs
* Wire in specific 5 different bugzilla actions to the training missions on openhatch
** continue working with coding contribute and grow mozilla teams to respond to new contributors
* improve user profiles in BMO  
 
* draw/outline and update a new contributor roadmap (with mhoye)  
* Data and tools
* help the teams working on tools with identifying the use cases and problems we most need to solve (duplicate detection, etc)
** work with [https://wiki.mozilla.org/Blackhole blackhole] team to gather and expose contributor data
* host more bug days and report on outcome. Planned: SUMO, Good First Bug  
** Work with ekyle on wiki plugin that hooks into bugzilla.
* host more workshops on bugzilla and triage.  
** integrate with other contributor teams: get last activity date stamp from bugzilla users into other profile pages such as for SUMO and Mozillians
* make bugmaster/bugzilla swag to give out at events and send to new contributors.
** improve user profiles in BMO
** Firefox extension for triage
** draw/outline and update a new contributor roadmap (with mhoye)
