You can follow bugs that require web localization work on Bugzilla by monitoring bugs where the web@localization.bugs address is in the CC field.
For all locales that we currently support, there is a central place to follow per locale bugs filed in bugzilla, the Web Localization Dashboard : http://l10n.mozilla.org/webdashboard/
