*<b>Pathways & Discovery Project:</b> Members of the Open Badges team, along with contributing community members, met in Brooklyn last week to kick off the Pathways & Discovery project, funded by the Gates Foundation. The five-month grant project is aimed at sparking a national conversation about (a) the need to make transparent to secondary and post-secondary learners the skills necessary to gain employment in certain industries, (b) granular accreditation, and (c) pathways to employment.
