Below are four google docs which were generated during a week of informal discussions to give people a chance to express what they would like to work on for the next 3-6 months. We did this to communicate to each other what we would like to do for 1.9.1/Fx3.1. Since there's no way to allow the entire world to edit these google docs, I'm slowly transferring information into this wiki page.
