Currently, there is no official support project for Thunderbird. This session will be a discussion focusing on our alternatives moving forward. Some of the possible ideas:

  • Reuse the SUMO infrastructure and build a similar site for Thunderbird with a shared server-side development roadmap
  • Use MozillaZine's support forums
  • Use GetSatisfaction
  • Other ideas?

If you're interested in Thunderbird and want to take part in planning out the support of it, this is the session you don't want to miss. :)
