Firefox 45 (removal of tab groups, i icon, hello revamp, small schedule changes):

Firefox for iOS

  • Firefox for iOS 2.1 is in next few days/weeks (not sure yet depends on Apple! 2.1 has bug fixes and restores 3 party keyboards yes! )
  • Firefox for iOS 3 target submission date to Apple is March 22, hope to release a few days / weeks later subject to Apple :-)

Article edits need to be reviewed in a timely manner and not allowed to languish for weeks or months. Can this be added to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/article-review-guidelines ? This came up in the KB articles forum: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/knowledge-base-articles/711861 Articles need reviewing - new contributor. For a list of unreviewed article revisions, see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/contributors/unreviewed (you can sort the list by "Most Recent" and work from the bottom). ~aw

  • [Joni] - Agreed. We need more reviewers to be active. If you're a reviewer, please help us catch up on article reviews. I will also catch up this week. Usually, I try to catch up on reviews on Weds and Fridays, but have fallen behind because of recent meetings.

Joni Contributors do not seem to be getting feedback from you. Thread https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/knowledge-base-articles/711828?last=68397&page=2#post-68343 is 38 posts only one comment dated 17th Feb from you: " I will address them individually (they are a lot to go through), but I wanted to clarify the context in the meantime." ~J99 Joni meanwhile a public Video, (being localised !?) seems to be promoting actions that break current guidelines.
