Cool News Of The Week (tm):

Regarding the Discord server: I have changed the usage for this discord instance! It is now a SuMo Tool as an alternative to IRC - with the goal of directing users here if they want to have synchronous communication with SuMo volunteers or admins. It has been renamed the Mozilla Support Discord accordingly. Again, the invite link is here: https://discord.gg/BA5qreE - Mkll

  • Roland questions: does it work on Linux? Android, iOS? can we use it as a replacement for Vidyo? i will join but i won't be on most of the time and won't be checking it regularly, please don't expect me to be there!
  • Answer: Hello Roland, it has an official Linux client available, yes video chat and screen sharing are available but ONLY in private calls with added Friends, voice chat is available in public. Discord is also available for Android (and maybe iOS) - Mkll (It's like Slack with more features TL:DR) - **Please note Discord is proprietary.** - We are also following the Mozilla Community Participation Guidelines.
