Support Firefox Day - reflections
- Generally a very positive experience with interesting workshops and Q&A sessions
- A little confusing to have two separate IRC channels for stuff. If we could setup a more "complete" workshop environment that didn't involve another IRC channel, that would be more useful and less confusing.
- Lots of administration during the day; updating IRC channel statuses, wiki pages, etc. Would be nice with some automatic updating based on the schedule.
Weekly metrics
- About to switch to Omniture. Jason has checked in a patch for it.
Firefox Screencast Contest launched
- About 30 submissions so far
- djst to create a google doc and share with team
Next SVN deployment to production? Some fixes ready.
- Next push should be after the master/slave db bug laura is working on
Priority of redesign vs. priority of other things

3. theme redesign

Knowledge Base

Bugzilla: 2 new article requests [1][2], 0 article bugs fixed
Still updating articles for Firefox 3. Help needed.
- Try not to let articles become screenshot happy, when viewing both Firefox 2 and Firefox 3 instructions. If it does, remove the Firefox 2 screenshots.
Contributor survey is closed. Will look at data this week.
