The future weeks are our goals for the iterations, so that we can assess in the retrospectives.

UX
- Last week: Boriss at Firefox workweek
- sync'ed up with Shane on Social API improvements (see above)
- got feedback from UX team on our work, especially how the UI & flow fits with Firefox design change Australis
- This week:
- Working on mockups for current cards, especially whole conversation flow (including UI during call), defining list of contacts, calls with multiple people, muting and mic controls
- Working on strategy - meeting with Ria today for timeline speccing
Product
- Review of WebRTC Conf in Atlanta
Goals & Roadmap Priorities
- Currently working on framing objectives for Q3/Q4. Still being discussed, and trying to work on it this week.
Meet-ups
- July:
- Date: 15 - 19th,

Any other issues
- How do we handle bugs?
- Put them in the backlog
- For outside of the core team, keep them in Bugzilla (we have a Talkilla Product)
- Put them in bugzilla if we feel they are undefined
- What would be a good first user- or call-based milestone?
- Get stats on usage for talkilla sites
- Then work out metrics
