Development Summary and Future Iterations

The future weeks are our goals for the iterations, so that we can assess in the retrospectives.

Last Week
- We can now drag & drop urls and tabs into conversations and send the result
This Week
- Rework of conversation window to not make a call on open, but providing a text-only option or click to call video & audio
- File drag & drop to conversations
- Text Chat history
- Size of work & what we're working on

Last week:
- new design plans figured out with Boriss
- various fixes
This week:
- writeup of new plans, bugs entered
- various fixes
- plan and start architecture with florian
Issues
- SPA

Last week: Boriss at Firefox workweek
- sync'ed up with Shane on Social API improvements (see above)
- got feedback from UX team on our work, especially how the UI & flow fits with Firefox design change Australis
This week:
- Working on mockups for current cards, especially whole conversation flow (including UI during call), defining list of contacts, calls with multiple people, muting and mic controls
- Working on strategy - meeting with Ria today for timeline speccing

Currently working on framing objectives for Q3/Q4. Still being discussed, and trying to work on it this week.

How do we handle bugs?
- Put them in the backlog
- For outside of the core team, keep them in Bugzilla (we have a Talkilla Product)
  - Put them in bugzilla if we feel they are undefined
What would be a good first user- or call-based milestone?
- Get stats on usage for talkilla sites
- Then work out metrics
