Data Miners help you find interesting things in your email conversations. Interesting things like Phone Numbers, Addresses, Links, and other important points.

Goal

Add more value to messages by unearthing useful information, then linking and making it searchable.

Research

Gloda already has existing conotent plugins Andrew created.

As well as Andrew's original expmess add-on which had very similar goals to this effort.

Prototype

Core Requirements

This add-on will currently work with Thunderbird 3.0

However to achieve our designs it appears we need some changes core of Thunderbird which we've filed as

• bug 544162 — need a wrapping xul box around the message reader
