We are able to reimburse for the following expenses:

transportation between ASU airport and hotel in Asunción,
visa fees

Please keep your receipts and deliver them to Jeff during the hackathon. We'll be able to reimburse in either local currency or via PayPal.

Any additional expenses once in Asunción are yours to cover (e.g., hotel room service, hotel laundry service, souvenirs, transportation around the city, etc.).

Goals

Guarani
Zapoteco:
- Complete 100% of the androidshare folder
- Complete the 5 main Mozilla.org folders
- Create a campaign for the release of the official version in Zapotec

Triqui
- Ubicar y traducir las cadenas necesarias para el lanzamiento oficial de Firefox Android en triqui
- Ubicar las cadenas que presentan error ortográfico en el navegador de prueba para su corrección.
- Conocer otros proyectos de mozilla para su localización.
- Descubrir la posibilidad de crear una sola base de datos en triqui-español-ingles.

Mixtepec Mixtec
- Planear estrategias para difundir información sobre Mozilla Nativo a nivel micro regional para así atraer a más voluntarios a través de redes sociales y otros medios de información.
- Generar herramienta de traducción (manuales, guías de estilo).
- Determinar si es posible emitir certificados de colaboración para estudiantes de enseñanza media para así atraer más colaboradores.
- Resolver dudas sobre la terminología.

Southwestern Tlaxiaco Mixtec
- Completar las cadenas para la carpeta androidshare
- Determinar estrategias para abordar a nuevos localizadores para Southwestern Tlaxiaco Mixtec a partir de la experiencia de otros equipos de localización.
- Determinar las estrategias siguientes para que se descargue y se use la versión Southwestern Tlaxiaco Mixtec.

Maya Kacqhikel
- Creation of computer terminology databases on the Web // Creación de base de datos terminológica de informática en la Web
- Permanently update the location of Firefox Nightly // Actualización permanente de la localización de Firefox Nightly
- Dissemination of computer terminology through the social network // Difusión de la terminología de informática a través de la red social.
- Permanent check of all Cak projects. // Comprobación permanente de todos los proyectos Cak
- Increase Firefox download from Desktop and Android. // Incremento de las descargas de Firefox de Escritorio y Android

Highland Puebla Nahuatl
- To know criteria or conventions adopted in other indigenous languages, especially Mexican indigenous languages.
- Common ideas and problems in translation into indigenous languages of technical words.
- To expand contacts with other people in the project who can help me with computer concepts that I do not know or expressions in English not translated into Spanish.
- Familiarization with Mozilla / Firefox and the translation project.

- Perform Quality Assurance and consistency check.
- Update our wiki.

Spanish Mexico
- Continuar con el máximo porcentaje de localización. // Maintain the highest possible percentage of localization.
- Lograr la incursión de más colaboradores en el equipo es-MX. // Achieve the inclusion of more collaborators in the es-MX team.
- Adquirir la localización de nuevas herramientas (Thunderbird), otras a ser acordadas en el workshop. // Add localization of new tools (Thunderbird), others to be agreed in the workshop.
- Organizar una reunión mensual para actualizar sobre nuevas herramientas o dudas con respecto al contexto de las traducciones. // Organize a monthly meeting to update on new tools and questions about context of translations.

Spanish Argentina
- Review of pages to be ready for August 15th launch
- Review and finalize Test Pilot webpages
- Develop a strategy for bringing more contributors to the team

Esperanto
- Complete and publish a style guide (you know, the text explaining how to translate things. I put a succinct one in our mailing list (community-esperanto@lists.mozilla.org, but it needs expanding)
- Write to all translation lists inviting people to help (some people "discovered" Pontoon, but now that we have everything there and I'm not using mercurial or git ... I think it's time to let people know just how easy it is, but I need the style guide first)

Portuguese Brazil
- Quality Assurance
  - Develop a strategy with guidance from l10n-drivers to establish a quality assurance on submitted contributions.
- Permissions and Responsibilities
  - Reset permissions and features of contributors listed on: https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Teams:pt-BR
  - Define people responsible for each project in Pontoon
- Glossary
  - Update documentation on the Wiki
- Onboarding (Documentation)
  - Develop a series of short videos about how is the process of localization/translation of products and websites in Pontoon.
Mozilla Nativo
- Community
  - Membership recruitment plan and community reactivation.
  - Review and Improve Community Accompaniment Plan (Native Mozilla Mentorship).
- Documentation
  - Include more resource documents to contribute to the community (Mozilla.org)
