Introduction

Le Référentiel de Compétences Web est composé de trois chapitres:: Explorer, Construire, et Connecter. A son tour, chaque chapitre est composé de plusieurs compétences. Chaque compétence ést composée d'un certain nombre de savoir-faire.

Explorer

Naviguer sur le Web

Le chapitre Explorer comprend les compétences suivantes:

Navigation - utilisation d'outils logiciels pour surfer sur le Web
Mechanismes du Web - comprendre l'écosystème du Web
Recherche - repèrer des information, des personnes et des ressources via the Web
Credibilité - évaluation critique de l'information trouvée sur le Web
Securité - maintenir la sécurité des systems, des identités, et les contenus

Construire

Créer pour le Web

Le chapitre Contruire comprend les compétences suivantes:

Composer pour Web - creation de contenu et utilisation de technologies pour le Web
Remixer - modifier existing des redsources Web existantes pour créer quelque chose de nouveau
HTML - reading and writing the building blocks of the Web
CSS - reading, writing, testing and applying style sheets to alter the visual appearance of HTML
Design & accessibility - creating universally effective communications through Web resources
Coding/scripting - creating interactive experiences on the Web
Infrastructure - understanding the Internet stack

Connecter

Participating on the Web

The Connecting strand is made up of the following competencies:

Sharing & Collaborating - jointly creating and providing access to Web resources
Community participation - getting involved in Web communities and understanding their practices
Privacy - examining the consequences of sharing data online
Open practices - helping to keep the Web democratic and universally accessible
