** 10:00 Brief discussion of what's not working
** 10:30 Roles, Values & Outcomes. In particular we'll focus on what strengths each team brings to the group and the outcome that we want to create as a whole for the Developer Program.
** 12:30 Lunch
** 1:15 Work in groups to define what is needed to make our outcome real. (Setting up discussions for the rest of the week.)
** 3:45 Report back from our working groups
** 5:30 Group happy hour at the Hilton
