How are you currently involved with the community?: I review the App submissions on Marketplace (and Add-on submissions on AMO also)

Location of Work (where do you reside?): Sheffield, UK

Talk Length (please choose between 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes): 60? I could probably squeeze it into 30 if necessary.

Summary: I'll talk about:

• the submission process on Marketplace
• what criteria we have for allowable Apps
• how we test the Apps before approving
• common mistakes in manifests and App implementation
• receipt checking for premium Apps and how to implement this in your App
• in-app payments
• upcoming/new stuff and how they will be reviewed, including packaged and secure/privileged Apps.

In any spare time at the end if any audience members want assistance with submitting, or have apps already submitted I can review them.

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks): One of the key parts of B2G is the Marketplace and the Apps on it.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Developers should understand how their Apps can be submitted and approved on Marketplace.

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Future or current App developers wanting to get their App listed on Marketplace, or just interested people.

Equipment Needs (Video projector already included): nothing extra required.
