on January 2, 2020, the web-bugs repo and the webcompat-bot were both totally disabled. Leaving webcompat completely blank. It helped us [https://github.com/webcompat/webcompat.com/issues/3118 identify some issues]:
* no [https://github.com/webcompat/webcompat.com/issues/2449 live backup], able to show the issues data and comments. [https://github.com/webcompat/webcompat.com/issues/165 Also related to #165]
* missing some emergency landing pages easily activated on issues. [https://github.com/webcompat/webcompat.com/issues/2733 Related to #2733]
* Accounts consolidation. (Who's doing what? As access to what? twitter, github management, deployment, etc.)
