Goal for this week: Create at least 2 info models for the MDN wiki doc. Complete all corrections for existing doc.

Planned for this week:

• Complete all corrections for existing doc.
• Create survey in SurveyMonkey and send out via l10n newsgroup.
• Create info models prior to receiving survey back based on target audience(s). Make adjustments according to survey results.
• Follow up with Colombian locale team to learn about their progress and challenges using the existing doc.

Done last week:

• Finished build staging and created Firefox and language pack builds via Terminal.
• Began taking screenshots of Narro 2.0 to replace those of Narro 1.0 on Localizing with Narro.
• Created l10n documentation inventory on delicious.
• Drafted l10n doc survey for distribution among the communities. Survey will aid in the planning of new information models for new wiki doc.
• Made plans with arky on existing doc corrections needed.
• Added "Documentation" as a product component on Bugzilla to track the progress of any reported doc innaccuracies.
• Made travel arrangements for MozCamp.

• Look for volunteers for Finish and another locale to be determined
• List needs for new localizers for AMO and prioritize my outreach to that (I want to find a dedicated person to AMO per locale)
• Review csb, bs, mn web parts to unblock their beta locale status for Fx8
• Write a blog post about how I got involved in Mozilla (done)

done last week:

• Released State of Mozilla mini-site in 13 locales
• Went to Paris Web conferences
• Prepared a translation for a snippet for the launch of the new Firefox affiliate site
• Started looking for localizers for Slovak and Finnish (found 2 volunteers for Slovak that I directed to Vlado)
• Some outreach to localizers a bit behind on mozilla.org translations asking if they need help finding new people
• Worked with French community on redistributing web l10n tasks among them
• Kept working with my new Persian web l10n localizer, Arash.
• Made some technical changes to webdashboard to be faster and serve more static pages because Narro was taking all the CPU cycles on the server
• (also upgraded to Ubuntu 11.10 and compiled SVN 1.7 and Geany 0.21 which offer lots of nice features and productivity enhancements :) )
