- Baseline current activity and decide on metrics.
- Complete research on community tasks (participation worksheets).
- Audit project installs and documentation.
- Implement initial steps based on the above.
Measure & Improve
- Based on metrics implement methods to increase growth of contributors.
- Based on metrics implement methods to increase retention of contributors.
Project Logistics
Project Timeline
- Research & Preparation: Complete Q2 2013.
- Measure & Improve: Starts Q3 but is continuous and does not "end".
