Overview

We are the Firefox Mobile Durable Team. Our goal is become a modern and efficient mobile marketing machine focused on bringing users compelling content that drives acquisition and retention.

Key Initiatives

• Define the terminology and align on the user acquisition and retention metrics to measure mobile impact.
• Create the infrastructure and processes to measure, test and act on user acquisition and product releases.
• Establish a baseline KPI.
• Pressure test and refine process through in-market experimentation against new performance targets.

Meetings

• 1st Sprint starts Monday, February 1st and ends Friday, February 12th
• 2nd Sprint starts Tuesday, February 16th and ends Friday, February 26th (Monday the 15th - US Holiday)
• 3rd Sprint starts Monday, February 29th and ends on Friday, March 11th

Sprint Planning Meeting	Every other Monday (starts Sprint)	Core Team required	Stakeholders may listen in. This meeting lasts as long as it takes.
Daily Stand-Up (15 minutes only)	11:00am Pacific everyday Tuesday-Friday first week of Sprint, Monday-Friday second week of Sprint	Core Team required	Anyone is welcome to listen, but only core team speaks. All questions should be taken offline to Mike or Jennifer.
Sprint Review Meeting	11:30am Pacific every other Friday	Everyone welcome	The team will show the work completed in the sprint. It's a place to ask questions and give feedback.
Sprint Retrospective Meeting	Every other Friday (ends Sprint)	Core Team only	No one else is invited to this meeting.
