  • 3 mini HTML5 projects (note: one will be executed in a hackathon over work week)

Note: All of the above will be part of a checklist of excellence that we will use alongside all projects.

  • Incorporate our new brand promise and brand positioning into all main pages

  • Create a "why download?" page explaining why people should download and try Firefox
  • Add key videos to high traffic pages explaining our brand promise
  • Come up with creative ways to communicate what Mozilla is besides Firefox, and why people should care about Mozilla

  • Overarching goal setting/planning - Q2 & Q3
  • Post-mort on bi-monthly release cycles - what can we do better?
  • Roadmap planning - architecture and technical assesments
  • Triage the bug backlog - currently 400 open bugs
