Talos Changes

• unified config-- bug 704654 : this will unblock a lot of changes
• issue with android tests having a product of 'undefined' instead of 'fennec'

• prod server moving to VMs in new datacenter
  • avoids tree closure \o/
  • just needs testing from talos, jmaher helping

• Set up a pivotal tracker project for datazilla https://www.pivotaltracker.com/projects/540155 . Carl Meyer and Cameron Dawson use this for moztrap project management and it's time we get something like this going for datazilla.

• Had to switch the cached test run data structures displayed in the UI from 7 to 30 day time periods. Some branches were displaying no data for the 7 day time period.
