Summary: Share two new tools that will 1) help all Mozillians align their efforts and recognize each others contributions (Rypple); and 2) help provide all new Mozillians with a consistent entry experience into the organization (Red Carpet).
How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks): Providing mechanisms to share and capture feedback as well as create a robust and reliable onboarding experience will help grow and enhance our community.
Expected Outcome or Deliverable: To prep the community for the launch of this tool and seek feedback on what specifically is needed to get unpaid community members up to speed quickly and efficiently once they've joined the Project.
