  • there are some loose ends for localizer invites and locale coverage in summit attendees

• evaluated dropping buildbot for elmo alltogether
  • looked a good deal into celery. Doesn't seem to be a perfect match, as it's running many slaves on a single machine, and we could share the working directory much. but that level of sharing isn't exposed in celery.
