Title - Cannot Send email

Email configuration and provider -

  1. Mail Service Provider: your mail provider e.g. GMAIL
  2. Mail Protocol: your protocol e.g. IMAP
  3. Mail Server Settings: e.g.INCOMING: server name:pop.gmail.com, port: 995, username:you@gmail.com, Use Secure Connection: SSL, Leave messages on Server:checked OUTGOING: Server Name: smtp.gmail.com Port:587, Username:you@gmail.com, Secure Connection: TLS (if available)
  4. Operating System - your OS e.g. Windows XP, Thunderbird Version: your TB version 2.0.0.23
  5. SMTP Service Provider for outgoing email: your email provider e.g.Comcast
  6. Add-ons/Extensions: your extensions e.g. Mail Tweak extension nothing else
