• String tiers: criteria definition, share draft and start discussion with rest of the PM team, start thinking about how to apply tiers to current files.
• RelMan+l10n: make sure everyone is on board with the transition plan and next steps.
• Work on the cycle l10n report.
• Work on Fennec new locales with Delphine, more mozilla.org updates with Peiying.

Struggles last week:

• Making sure that Peiying becomes the point of reference for mozilla.org (devs, localizers, not just PMs).

Achievements last week

• Worked with Peiying on the mozilla.org content updates, exposed strings.
• Took ownership of Italian press blog.
