ProgramManagement

This is a placeholder wiki page for Program Management at Mozilla which is evolving. The addition of Program Managers and Project Managers throughout the organization is relatively new and although there is not a centralized Program/Project team we thought it made sense to start a wiki area where we could exchange process ideas, report goals and eventually summarize meetings. I consider this page and subsequent links a "work in progress".

For now, this informal group is using the irc channel #ProgMgmt for keeping in touch and collaboration.
